How to Print Bigger or Smaller Text in Outlook

One reason to print larger text is to make really small text much larger before you print the email message so that the printed page is easier to read. Or maybe you’re in the opposite situation, where you need to reduce large text so that the email fits on the page.

Double-click the email in Outlook to open it in a new window. In the Message tab, go to the Move group and select Actions. Select Edit Message. Select the text that you want to make larger or smaller. Use the Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut to select all the text in the email. Go to the Format Text tab. In the Font group, select Increase Font Size to make the email text bigger. Or use the Ctrl+Shift+> keyboard shortcut. To make the text smaller, select Decrease Font Size, or use the Ctrl+Shift+< keyboard shortcut. To specify an exact font size, select the Font size drop-down arrow and choose a size. Press Ctrl+P to see a preview of the message before you print it. Or select File > Print. Select Print when you’re ready.
